How do we assess our ISLOs?
Six out of eight ISLOs are assessed directly through an annual, faculty-led process known as AIM (Assessment of the ISLOs in the Majors). A variety of institutional-level surveys serve as additional indirect measurements.
ISLOs measured through the AIM process are: Communication (Oral (OC) and Written (WC)), Critical Thinking (CT), GLobal and Cultural Awareness (GC/GCA), Information Literacy (IL), and Quantitative Literacy (QL).

Our Work Ethic (WE) ISLO was assessed annually through our Quality Enhancement Plan from 2010-2015 and is currently being developed to become part of the AIM process.
Competence in a Specialty (CS) is assessed through a variety of major field tests, licensure exams, accreditation reports, and academic audits from our career programs on campus.
