Learning Outcome: Work Ethic

Reflection:

 I find that productivity is my strength between all four attributes. I believe that keeping on task is probably the most important part of being a college student. I see a lot of students struggle with completing their work, and I think that's caused by lack of motivation. I think that we have to motivate ourselves with a desire to be successful in whatever we do and use that type of motivation to get what we need to do done. I find that this helps me complete my tasks and I think this strength will help me in the long run throughout my college journey.
